Complaints Testing
First, you’ll want to take your Procedure and create your Agent (see Building and Editing Agents). Once you have your Agent, you can provide it with a log of complaints data, which the agent will then evaluate using your procedure in order to produce the output. To input the Complaints Data you want to test:Crosswise currently supports the .csv format for testing Complaints Data.
- Navigate to the Agents page
- Find your Agent
- Add your file to that Agent’s chat pallet
- Click the green button to run the Agent
- The Agent will produce your findings, along with commentary and an output file
