Chat and Agents are the two core interfaces for using AI within Crosswise. Chat is designed for ad hoc requests and exploration, while Agents are intended for automating repetitive workflows.
Chat can be accessed either from the Chat page or the Chat Modal in the bottom right of your screen. They are just different ways of accessing the exact same tool, which means that you can start a chat in the Chat page, and continue it in the Modal, and vice versa.
The Chat page tends to be useful when you’re doing standalone research like Reg Applicability or trying to create new content like Policy Writing, while the Modal is more useful when you’re interacting with content in your Inventory to perform a Gap Analysis or evaluate Design Effectiveness.
Chat Personas
Personas access custom system prompts and models tailored to specific types of chat interactions. You can access personas by clicking on the icon in the bottom left of the chat pallet.
